Japanese speaking Network Operation staff (Call Centre task)

■Shift: Working hours
8am - 8pm AND 12pm - 24pm (1pm - 25pm shifts during daylight saving time)
4-day shift followed by 4 days off.
The 12:00-24:00 shift (1:00pm-25:00 shift during summer time) can be taken home by taxi, which is provided by the company.

■Requirements
- Experience in a customer service or call centre environment.
- Knowledge of IT networks (Ethernet, TCP/IP, MPLS, ADSL, SDSL, and Fibre cabling etc.) is an advantage.
- Knowledge of servers and Windows applications preferred.
 
■Language skills
Japanese: Business level, English: Business level
