【IT Consultant / PM・BA｜IT Strategy & DX Support for European HQ】
We are seeking an experienced IT Consultant / PM・BA to support IT infrastructure operations and drive digital transformation initiatives at a European branch of a Japanese global company.
This role focuses on coordination, strategic consulting, and internal stakeholder engagement rather than hands-on technical implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Support IT infrastructure operations (internal coordination, vendor management, issue tracking)
Lead DX initiatives through strategic consulting (As-Is / To-Be analysis, proposal creation)
Communicate with internal departments and explain IT concepts to non-technical users
Collaborate with external partners (technical implementation handled by vendors)
Handle internal inquiries and propose operational improvements
Requirements:
Generalist experience in IT (infrastructure or business systems)
5+ years of experience in consulting, project management, or business analysis
Bilingual in English and Japanese (essential for internal coordination)
Strong PowerPoint skills for proposal and presentation creation
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Working Conditions:
Location: Central London (Zone 1)
Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (35 hours/week)
Employment Type: Permanent
Salary: £50,000–£80,000
