We are looking for a results-driven marketing professional to support strategy execution and performance analysis for the Japanese market. This role involves evaluating marketing initiatives—including affiliate campaigns—to drive data-informed decisions and business growth. You will also assist in planning and executing campaigns and events, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and impact.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and manage the marketing strategy tailored to the Japanese market.
- Monitor and research market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviour.
- Collaborate with global teams to align campaigns and branding.
Provide market insights and feedback to help shape the overall marketing roadmap.
Core Experience & Skills
Minimum 4 years of digital marketing experience in a B2C environment, with a focus on webbased apps or direct-to-consumer online services.
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive user acquisition and engagement.
- Deep, hands-on expertise in modern marketing channels, including social media (X/Twitter, YouTube, TikTok), Japan's dominant platforms (LINE), and influencer/creator marketing.
Strong understanding of the entire Japanese online customer journey, from awareness to conversion and retention.
Technical & Analytical Abilities
Data-driven and highly analytical, with proficiency in campaign analysis, A/B testing, and using marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM, marketing automation platforms) to drive actionable insights.
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to lead projects independently from concept to completion in a fast-paced environment.
