Employment Type: Full-time (Hybrid Work Model)
Location: Central London (UK residency and work permit preferred)
Provide PM, PMO, BA, or Product Manager services to Japanese financial institutions
Build and expand client relationships and propose new initiatives
Lead and motivate cross-functional teams
Operate independently and communicate proactively with clients
6–10 years of consulting experience in global banking
Expertise in corporate banking or capital markets
Proven track record in IT and operational transformation projects
Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English (documentation, presentations, meetings)
Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CBAP
Knowledge of SWIFT messages, IFRS, GAAP
Experience in agile development, cloud, and cybersecurity
Work in a global, multicultural environment
Lead high-impact financial projects
