The company operates across multiple countries in the region and maintains sales, technical (pre- and after-sales service), and back-office functions.
Job Description
As the head of the Swiss sales office, you will lead all aspects of business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Formulation of management strategy and execution management of business plans
Development and execution of sales strategies in Switzerland and neighboring countries
Building relationships with key customers and distributors and leading sales activities
Market development and promotion of sales activities in strategic priority countries to drive revenue growth
Oversight and management of the France office
Organizational management and human resource development
Overall management of the organization, including back-office functions (general affairs, accounting, etc.) and technical departments
Financial monitoring in cooperation with external accounting firms
Reporting to headquarters
Requirements
Sales and business management experience in the machine tool industry
Experience in organizational management
Ability to use English, German, and French at a business-professional level
A leader who can drive business expansion toward sustainable growth
Right to work in Europe without Visa sponsorship.
