Overview
We are seeking a Sales Trainer who embodies the spirit of Japanese “Omotenashi” and can deliver high-quality service training. The ideal candidate will have experience in the hospitality industry and be capable of guiding teams to provide exceptional customer care, particularly for Japanese expatriates.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct training sessions for staff on professional email and phone etiquette for Japanese clients
Develop and implement training programs to ensure high standards of customer service
Manage and mentor team members to improve overall performance
Promote a culture of hospitality and attention to detail
Requirements
Previous experience in the hospitality industry (hotel or airline experience preferred)
Proven team management experience
Strong understanding of Japanese customer service standards and ability to teach them
Excellent communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in delivering customer service or hospitality training
Business-level English language skills
