Role Overview:
Provide expert technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues, ensuring smooth IT operations in collaboration with external providers. Act as the local lead for system security and cloud-based software management.

Key Responsibilities:
- First-line technical support (in-person and remote)
- Install, configure, and maintain laptops, printers, and mobile devices
- Troubleshoot network issues with IT providers
- Manage user accounts and permissions in Office 365
- Perform system updates, security checks, and backups
- Procure IT and mobile equipment; manage onboarding/offboarding setups
- Document IT processes and adhere to global IT policies
- Assist in deploying and testing new applications and systems
- Provide training and guidance to employees
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a network support technician or administrator
- Strong troubleshooting and network diagnostic skills
- Familiarity with network security principles
- Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools
- Ability to work independently and with overseas IT providers
- Business-level English
Preferred:
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Japanese language skills
Work Style:
- Hybrid (minimum 2 days onsite)
- Flexibility for occasional out-of-hours support
