Position: Air Cargo Operator
Location
The Netherlands Assignment to one of the following offices:
- Amsterdam Office
- Rotterdam Office If assigned to the Rotterdam office, initial training and work will take place at the Amsterdam office.
Job Responsibilities
This position focuses primarily on air cargo operations, while also supporting Contract Logistics (CL) customer service activities at the Rotterdam office.
1. Air Cargo Operations
Mainly responsible for air export operations.
- Handling air cargo export operations
- Coordination with airlines, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other partners
- Managing shipment schedules
- Responding to customer inquiries
- Supporting import operations when the import staff is unavailable
2. Contract Logistics (CL) Customer Service
Serving as the point of contact for CL customers at the Rotterdam office, handling operational coordination and customer communication.
- Responding to inquiries from CL customers
- Internal coordination related to shipping and receiving operations
- Collaboration with the warehouse operations team
- Various customer communication and coordination tasks
Qualifications
Required
- Native-level or fluent Japanese
- Experience in air export operations within the freight forwarding industry
- Ability to communicate in English in a business context
Preferred
- Experience in customer service or client-facing roles
- Overseas work experience
Employment Conditions
- Annual Salary: €40,000 – €44,000 Includes 13-month salary and holiday allowance
- Work Style: On-site, 5 days per week
- Other: Transportation expenses provided
