Position: HR Officer
Location: Rotterdam (on-site)
Salary: Gross EUR 3,500-3,800/month
The employment will start with a fixed-term contract—six months for the initial period followed by an additional one-year contract. After that, subject to mutual agreement, the contract may be converted into a permanent employment agreement.
Overview
In this position, you will be building foundational HR rules and processes together in line with the company’s growth. As they are small and multinational organization, they are looking for someone who can work practically and flexibly, staying close to the business rather than taking a rigid or overly formal HR approach.
Main Responsibilities
Preparation and management of employment contracts
Monitoring contract periods and renewal deadlines
Managing payroll-related data and coordinating with external payroll providers
Attendance and leave management
Responding to employee inquiries related to HR
Organizing and establishing basic HR policies and operational workflows
Considering simple systemization or optimization of processes such as attendance management
Requirements
Business level English
Proactive and capable of taking initiative
Experience in HR, general affairs, or administrative departments would be ideal.
Experience working in an international or multicultural environment would be ideal.
