• Supporting users,troubleshootingissues andcontactingto hardware/software vendor.
• Document operational procedures, manual creation, user announcement and internal applications.
• Project works along with providing implementation and testing, and creating the related resources such as script, document, parameter sheet and formulation of test plan.
• Any ad-hoc work assigned by Manager.
