【Senior PMO｜Global Cybersecurity & Identity Management Project】
A global financial institution is seeking a Senior PMO to support a cross-functional cybersecurity initiative focused on identity lifecycle and privileged access management.
This role requires strategic oversight, technical understanding, and bilingual coordination across global teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and drive progress of identity management initiatives (PAM, IGA)
Support budget allocation and cost-sharing schemes across global entities
Design risk metrics (KGI/KPI/KRI) and reporting frameworks
Prepare and present executive-level reports
Facilitate meetings and coordinate with HQ and regional offices (Japanese/English)
Provide technical insight into IAM (Joiner-Mover-Leaver, SSO, MFA, SAML, OAuth, OpenID)
Ensure alignment with regulatory frameworks (SOX, GDPR, ISO27001, DORA)
Requirements:
5+ years of project management / PMO experience
Broad knowledge of cybersecurity and IAM
Proven experience in PAM/IGA implementation and PMO support
Leadership in global projects with successful delivery
Native-level Japanese and advanced English (written, spoken, facilitation)
Understanding of financial industry regulations and security practices
Preferred:
Experience in banking, securities, or asset management
Background in consulting firms
Familiarity with Zero Trust architecture and G-SIBs
Prior involvement in PAM deployment projects
Conditions:
Location: London (hybrid work available)
Employment Type: Permanent or Contract
Salary: £50,000–£70,000 depending on experience
Visa Support: Available (timing-dependent)
Start Date: ASAP (preferably by November, no later than year-end)
