Requirements:
-At least 10 years' experience in the logistics industry with forwarding experience.
-Business level English (Dutch is a plus)
-The company is a global player in the logistics industry and has a strong presence in the Netherlands.
-Experience in labour management (important, e.g. experience in dealing with internal complaints).
-Experience of managing and replacing human resources.

Salary:
-Depending on experience up to €100k (13 months' gross salary including holiday allowance)
-Bonus: Additional to the above salary based on evaluation at the Rotterdam branch.
-Company car: can be provided from the end of the probationary period.
