Employment Type: Full-time (Weekends and public holidays off)
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00–16:30
(7.5 hours actual work + 1-hour break)
Overtime: May be required depending on daily operational progress
Salary: From GBP 12.72 per hour (negotiable based on experience and skills)
Preferred Qualifications
- Holders of a valid UK driving licence with experience operating vans
- Experience in customer service and/or physical labour, with the ability to lead and coordinate team activities
- Possess a valid visa that allows work in the UK (e.g., Tier 5 / Tier 2)
Job Description
You will be responsible for supervising on-site operations related to international household relocations.
This includes:
- Sorting, packing, and preparing customers’ household goods for international shipment
- Supervising and giving instructions to local crew members and on-site staff
- Communicating with customers, checking required documents, and guiding them through necessary procedures related to overseas moving
This role requires hands-on work, strong teamwork, and the ability to manage on-site tasks efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service.
Training & Development
After joining, you will receive in-office training covering international relocation processes and the company’s service standards.
Following this, on-the-job training (OJT) will be provided by senior staff and managers, who will support you in developing packing skills, on-site supervision capabilities, and customer service competencies.
